Gateway Counseling Ministries is a Christian "Christ centered" Counseling and
educational organization committed to offering professional Christian counseling and
other services that is both academically and Biblically sound. Our passion is to bring
healing, recovery, restoration and transformation to the Body of Christ.
We are an incorporated non-profit, non-denominational Professional Christian
Counseling Organization that has been serving the greater Sacramento region and
surrounding communities since 1996. The organization is staffed by certified
professional staff, each of whom makes a Statement of Faith and each of whom
considers themselves a committed Christian. We believe that the Word of God and
His Grace and Mercy are fundamental to the transformation and healing process.
Accordingly, we are committed to integrating our faith – without imposing it – into the
full range of counseling, recovery, psychotherapy and educational services we offer.
We provide counseling, recovery, groups, seminars and educational services designed to
promote personal growth in a framework of spiritual, emotional and relational maturity.
We deliver professional counseling, recovery and educational services that are informed by
our understanding of the Word of God and by our understanding of His grace, mercy and
